I visited here today for the first time, it was also my first time experiencing something like this. I spend much of my active time running and thought I could benefit from coming here.

I was warmly welcomed by staff at the facility and started my session with a technical analysis of my posture and form, which I didn't know much about but the therapist was able to explain it all to me.

Thereafter I was taken through the stretching routine, something I was very apprehensive about at first but ended up throughly enjoying. The therapist was helpful in explaining the process to me and was friendly throughout.

I was thereafter showen to the ice bath and sauna area which was something I also got to experience for the first time.

Looking forward to coming back again.
