Your journey begins with a full-body mobility assessment using Physmodo, state-of-the-art motion analysis technology that measures your range of motion, flexibility, and overall mobility with precision.
The results create the foundation for your personalised stretch and mobility plan, which your therapist will review with you before guiding you through your first 1-2-1 assisted stretching session.

What qualifications do stretch therapists have
Our Stretch Therapists come from diverse professional backgrounds, including yoga, Pilates, dance, and health and fitness. Each therapist undergoes extensive training in assisted stOur stretch therapists come from diverse movement and wellness backgrounds, including yoga, Pilates, dance, sports therapy, and fitness. Many hold advanced qualifications such as HNDs in Sports Therapy, BSc degrees in Sports Science, Exercise & Rehab as well as Pilates and massage therapy certifications.
Every therapist also completes our in-house Stretched Academy, an intensive training program created and led by our Clinical Director, Craig McHugh (BSc Hons Physiotherapy). This specialised course combines theory, practice hours, and a final exam to ensure each therapist meets the highest standards in 1-2-1 Assisted Stretching.
What to wear
Please bring a fresh pair of socks and wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Does assisted stretching hurt
Assisted stretching should not be painful. While you may feel mild discomfort as your muscles are gently stretched, our therapists ensure that the process remains within your tolerance and comfort level by communicating with you throughout the stretch.
How long should I book
If it is your first session, we recommend booking our 50-minute Assisted Stretch. Your full appointment will take 60-minuutes to include your Kinotek Assessment in our Functional Movement Lab followed by your 50-minute Stretch Routine.
Express Stretch
In a Hurry, our Express 25-minute stretch is great for targeting a few key areas such as your lower limb.
