Assisted stretching is a valuable practice for anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function. Whether you’re an athlete, someone with a sedentary lifestyle, or recovering from an injury, assisted stretching offers a safe, customised, and effective way to support your health and well-being.

What should I expect?

Your journey begins with a full-body mobility assessment using Physmodo, state-of-the-art motion analysis technology that measures your range of motion, flexibility, and overall mobility with precision.

The results create the foundation for your personalised stretch and mobility plan, which your therapist will review with you before guiding you through your first 1-2-1 assisted stretching session.

What are the benefits of assisted Stretch?

Assisted stretching offers a range of benefits that can enhance flexibility, improve muscle function, and support overall well-being. Below are some key benefits:

  • Improved Flexibility and Range of Motion

Assisted stretching can help in improving flexibility, reducing muscle stiffness, and increasing the range of motion in your joints.

  • Improved Posture

Regular assisted stretching can help correct muscle imbalances and tightness that contribute to poor posture. By lengthening tight muscles, you can achieve better alignment and posture.

  • Pain Relief

For individuals with chronic pain or tension, such as those with back pain, neck pain, or joint discomfort, assisted stretching can provide relief by reducing muscle tightness and improving mobility.

  • Injury Prevention

By improving flexibility and muscle balance, assisted stretching can help reduce the risk of injuries, especially those related to overuse or muscle imbalances.

  • Improved Sports Performance

Enhanced flexibility and range of motion can lead to better performance in sports and physical activities. By increasing joint mobility and muscle elasticity, assisted stretching can contribute to more fluid and powerful movements.

Who needs assisted Stretch

Assisted stretching is for EVERY BODY—because everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility, can benefit from improved mobility and reduced tension. From athletes and those with limited mobility to office workers with tight necks and stiff backs from hours at the desk. Whether for enhancing athletic performance, recovering from injury, or simply improving overall well-being, assisted stretching can be a valuable addition to anyone’s routine. No matter your starting point, assisted stretching helps EVERYBODY move and feel better.
