Your 60-minute session provides ample time for the recommended 30-40 minutes in our Infrared Sauna and up to 6 minutes in one of our three Ice Baths.
Our public sessions accommodate up to 6 guests, while exclusive use of the suite can be booked for groups of up to 8 guests.
Relax, detox, and soothe sore muscles while improving skin health, increasing circulation, and giving your metabolism a boost. Heat causes blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood flow, relaxing muscles, and reducing stiffness. We recommend anywhere from 30-40 minutes in the sauna.

Will there be changing facilities
Yes, we offer changing facilities, showers, and secure lockers for your convenience.
Is there a hair dryer
Yes, we provide hair dryers along with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Will a towel be provided
No. Clients are required to bring their own towel for use in the contrast suite.
What to wear
We kindly request that you wear swimwear for your contrast therapy session.
How long is the session
Each session will last 60 minutes.
